Wax ON, Wax OFF Exercise for the Rotator Cuff

Shoulder circumduction is commonly used in physical therapy clinics and this simple exercise allows you to do this anywhere.  This rotator cuff exercise allows you to challenge the entire shoulder, through a wide range of motion, while keeping the joints safe.   Feel free to mix up the body position, adjust the resistance and challenge your shoulder from various angles, so that you are strong, healthy and ready to compete.
