Episode #47 Physical Culture and Preparation with Jason C. Brown

Jason C. Brown is a physical educator & teacher that helps motivated but overwhelmed Jiu-Jiteiros (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu players) and other martial artists create movement practices & athletic development programs that are simple, strong & sustainable so they can get the most out their bodies and their training on and off the mat.

Teaching movement, play and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is his focus and he spend his days helping other Jiu-Jiteiros (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu players) create performance rituals and refine their Jiu-Jitsu and movement practice. And although he does work with professional MMA & BJJ athletes what he enjoys most is working with the amateur, the recreationist, the person that has to juggle 3 kids, a long work-day and still get on the mat one or times per week.
