  • Chicken Breast, Baked Sweet Potato, & Sesame Green Beans
  • Grilled Sirloin, 1/2 cup of Quinoa, & Lemon Garlic Asparagus
  • Meatloaf, Half an Avocado, & 1/2 cup of Steamed Brown Rice

The idea is pretty simple.  Choose a couple days to cook each week, make enough for 3-4 days, portion it out and you're ready to go.
