5 talks worth listening to…

I spend about 1-2 hours in the car each day. Instead of listening to the radio, I use that time think, listen to podcasts or recently  listen to TED Talks.  TED talks are basically 10-20 minute talks on various topics.  I've gathered a handful of TED talks that I found interesting. While it may not be directly related to strength and conditioning for combat athletes, I think you'll find them useful.
