5 talks worth listening to…

I spend about 1-2 hours in the car each day. Instead of listening to the radio, I use that time think, listen to podcasts or recently  listen to TED Talks.  TED talks are basically 10-20 minute talks on various topics.  I've gathered a handful of TED talks that I found interesting. While it may not be directly related to strength and conditioning for combat athletes, I think you'll find them useful.

Are athletes really getting faster, better, stronger? | David Epstein

How to live to be 100+ - Dan Buettner

The difference between winning and succeeding | John Wooden

Dean Ornish: Healing through diet

The surprising science of happiness | Dan Gilbert
