You can use uphill sprints, sleds, dragging heavy chains, spin bikes or other cardio machines that provide high resistance.to know about strength and conditioning

Key points:

  • HR below anaerobic threshold
  • Each rep should max intensity
  • Rest to 130-14 bpm
  • 10-12sec per rep
  • 15-20 reps per workout
