Aerobic Cruise


Aerobic Cruise is basically the low intensity, longer duration type of conditioning.

Roadwork (jogging), biking, swimming, jumping rope, battling ropes, drilling or similar drills are typically used.

Important points:

  • Heart rate should be 130-150 beats per minute
  • Each session should last 30-90 minutes
  • Slowly increase volume over time
  • Can be used 1-3 times per week.
