These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getphysical.com, members.getphysical.com, and shopphysical.com (collectively, the "Sites"), and your purchase and use of any digital training programs, memberships, products, or services offered by Getphysical.com LLC ("PHYSICAL," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Sites or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Sites. By purchasing, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
PHYSICAL programs are strength and conditioning resources designed for healthy adults. They are not medical advice. Before starting any training program, consult a licensed physician — especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or are pregnant.
You assume all risk of injury from participating in any program, exercise, or movement we publish. PHYSICAL, Getphysical.com LLC, and its owner, agents, and contractors are not liable for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from your use of our content or products. You train at your own risk.
3. Purchases & Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe and Kajabi. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the card on file for the amount stated at checkout.
One-time programs (e.g., PHYSICAL Grappler): charged once at purchase. Lifetime access to the program content.
Memberships (e.g., PHYSICAL HQ): recurring subscription billed monthly or annually until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel any recurring membership at any time inside your member account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. We do not prorate partial months.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund on one-time program purchases (e.g., PHYSICAL Grappler). To request a refund, email [email protected] within 60 days of your original purchase date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Memberships are not refundable for past billing periods. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

5. License to Use Content
When you purchase a program or membership, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the content for your individual training purposes only.
You may not:
– Share your account, login, or password with anyone else
– Download, copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or republish any program content, videos, PDFs, or written material
– Use the content to train paying clients without a separate written license from us
– Post program content (in whole or in part) on social media, YouTube, file-sharing sites, or any public or private group
– Reverse-engineer or extract content from the Sites
Violation of this section terminates your license and access without refund, and may result in legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sites — including programs, videos, PDFs, written instruction, images, logos, branding, the PHYSICAL name, and the "Stronger for the mat. Healthier for life." tagline — is the property of Getphysical.com LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.
You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branded materials without our prior written consent.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
– Use the Sites for any unlawful purpose
– Harass, threaten, or harm other members, coaches, or staff
– Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or content
– Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Sites
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, without refund.
8. Testimonials & Results
Testimonials on the Sites reflect the real experiences of real customers. Individual results vary based on effort, consistency, training background, recovery, nutrition, and other factors. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any specific result from using our programs.
9. Third-Party Links
The Sites may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Sites and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Getphysical.com LLC, its owner, employees, agents, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Sites or any product purchased from us.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Sites will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Getphysical.com LLC, its owner, employees, agents, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Sites, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least 30 days.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Effective Date" at the top when we do. Continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Getphysical.com LLC and supersede any prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
