We stand behind every PHYSICAL program. If you put the work in and it doesn't deliver, we want your money back in your pocket — not ours.
Digital Programs (one-time purchases)
All one-time digital programs — including PHYSICAL Grappler — come with a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee.
If you're not satisfied for any reason, email [email protected] within 60 days of your original purchase date with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address you used to purchase. We'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No forms. No phone calls. No hassle.
After 60 days, all sales are final.
PHYSICAL HQ Membership (recurring)
PHYSICAL HQ is a recurring monthly or annual membership. You can cancel at any time inside your member account or by emailing [email protected].
Monthly memberships: Cancellation stops your next renewal. Past billing periods are not refundable. You keep access through the end of your paid billing period.
Annual memberships: Cancellation stops your next renewal. Past annual payments are not refundable, but you keep access through the end of your paid annual term.
We do not prorate or refund partial months or partial years.
Physical Apparel & Merchandise
Apparel and physical products sold through shopphysical.com are governed by a separate refund and returns policy. See shopphysical.com/refund-policy for apparel returns.
Free Lead Magnets & Bonuses
Free lead magnets, bonuses included with a purchase (such as 30 days of HQ included with PHYSICAL Grappler), and any complimentary content have no cash value and are not refundable.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve any legitimate issue quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent ban from purchasing future PHYSICAL products.

– Subject: Refund Request
– Body: The email address you used at checkout, the product name, and the approximate purchase date
