I've been coaching strength and conditioning since 1998 — over 25 years working with combat athletes at every level.

Questions Before You Join.

I don't have a full gym. Can I still do this?+
Most programs are built around standard barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight work. A few use specialty tools (VersaPulley, sleds, etc.) but every program includes substitutions. If you have a rack, a bar, plates, dumbbells, and a kettlebell or two, you're set.
I'm not a fighter. Will this still work for me?+
Yes. The combat tracks are sport-specific, but the foundation tracks (Healthy, Shape, Strong, Powerful, Athletic) work for anyone who wants to train like an athlete. Many HQ members are 40+ guys who don't compete — they just want to stay strong and capable.
