Shoulder Mobility, Stability and Strength

Our shoulders can take a beating during practice and competition.  Poor posture, tight chest, weak upper back and rotator cuffs...well, its no wonder so many guys struggle with shoulder pain and injuries.  Below you will find a variety of mobility, stability and strength drills that may help improve the integrity and strength of your shoulders.

We've included lots of progressions (easier to harder), so use them accordingly.  Take the time to learn technique and build a solid foundation before moving on to harder drills.

CAUTION: If you experience any pain during these movement, stop immediately.  Exercise should never cause acute pain, in fact, these movement should help you feel better.
