Start here — before you train

Don't skip straight to Week 1. Module 00 sets you up so every session after it works the way it's supposed to.

  1. Open Module 00 first. Watch the intro and read how the 12 weeks are structured.
  2. Run the mobility & joint prep. This is what keeps you training hard past 40 without breaking down.
  3. Start Phase 1 — Build the Base (Weeks 1–4). Follow it in order. Use the injury-aware substitutions if you need them.
  4. Bookmark the Video Coaching Library. Every movement is demoed so you never guess on form.
