I was thinking of a few ways to help you guys out this year and we decided to develop a way for you to track  all of your training in one place.

Our Training Log will allow you to keep tabs on:

  2. Strength Training
  3. Eating Habits

  5. All in One Place!

When we write stuff down, we will retain more of the information.  So, keep track of the techniques and drills that you learned each day.

Logging your food and workouts will also allow you to track progress over time…making it easy to go back and review your habits.

Print em out, keep track of your daily practice and habits, then review to track progress.
