by Greg Mihovich

If you only have one kettlebell, you can still get a great, full body workout.

In this video Sergei Karaliou, from the Underground Gym, walks us through a simple, but effective full body workout using one kettlebell.

Workout Breakdown

  1. Halos, 5 each way
  2. Swings, 7-15 reps
  3. Lunges, 5 each leg
  4. Swings, 7-15 reps
  5. Rows, 7 reps per side
  6. Swing, 7-15 reps

Rest 10-30 seconds between each exercise.

Rest 2-5 minutes between each round.

Start by performing 3 rounds.  Add 1 round each week, until you can perform 5 rounds total.  Once you can perform 5 rounds, then you can systematically reduce the rest between exercises or time between rounds to challenge yourself.

The Underground Strength gym is located in Red Bank, New Jersey and offers some of the best strength and conditioning programs available for combat athletes.  Greg Mihovich and his staff provide a unique, effective approach to training that you won't find anywhere else.
